2. Personal Data Processed
When you contact us or place an order, the following personal data may be processed:
- Identity: Name, surname
- Contact: Phone number, email, delivery address
- Order data: Order content, amount, date, table number (in QR menu)
- Device / digital traces: IP address, browser info, cookies (visited pages only)

- Receiving, preparing and delivering orders
- Customer relationship management and satisfaction surveys
- Fulfilling legal obligations (tax, invoicing)
- Improving site and service quality
- Responding to your communication requests
4. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 (a-f): directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (your order), fulfilling our legal obligation, our legitimate interests, and where required, your explicit consent.
5. Data Transfer
Your data may be shared only as necessary with:
- Hosting provider (Hostinger): hosting the site
- Google LLC: Google Maps and analytics (anonymized)
- Accountant / accounting software: legal bookkeeping
- Authorized public bodies: upon legal request
We never sell, rent or transfer your personal data for marketing.
6. Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you always have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about processing if it is
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is being used in line with that purpose
- Request correction if incomplete or wrong
- Request deletion or destruction
- Object to automated analyses
- Claim damages if you suffer loss

7. Retention Period
Your data is deleted or anonymized at the end of the legal retention period (typically 10 years under Turkish Commercial Code) or when the purpose of processing ends — whichever comes first.
